PALE ALE
E.J. Phair Pale Ale has a well-balanced flavor profile that
is loaded with delicate hops and malt character. This is the
first beer that we brewed when we got started. This is a great
anytime beer.

I.P.A.
E.J. Phair India Pale Ale is an English style meets America
I.P.A. It is brewed with six different grains and over two
pounds of hops per barrel. It is a full bodied and flavorful
beer that gets plenty of hop character from the use of a hop
back.
This beer won the gold medal for English style I.P.A at the
2003 Great American Beer Festival in Denver in September.

AMERICAN WHEAT
E.J. Phair American Wheat is an American style Hefeweizen.
It is an unfiltered wheat beer that is very crisp and clean
without the fruity esters of the German style Hefeweizens.

MARZEN
E.J. Phair Marzen is a German style amber lager brewed with
eight different malts. It is crisp and clean with a wonderful
malt character and virtually no bitterness. The term Marzen
means March in German and that is when this style is traditionally
brewed. Luckily E.J. Phair Marzen is available year round.
Alcohol content is approximately 6.0%

PILSNER
E.J. Phair Pilsner is a Czech style lager. It is very well
balanced, golden colored beer, with a malty profile and abundant
saaz hops in the finish. It is both refreshing and satifying
on hot summer days or any other time a lighter, flavorful
beer is desired.

yeast strain and all english hops. this excellent beer is
available only a Pete's Brass Rail in Danville.

A German style black lager that looks much heavier then it
tastes. The flavor will suprise you. Don't beer afraid of
the Dark.

A wonderful version of an Irish original. Many have said
that this is one of the best stouts that they have ever tasted.
Rich, full-bodied flavor that is a bit softer on the finish
compared to most stouts.

HARVEST ALE

E.J. PHAIR HARVEST ALE
A newly created seansonal favorite. Every year we create
a new and slighlty different version of our harvest beer.
We use fresh, green hops grown right here at the brewery to
give this beer a unique and wonderful hop finish. Unfortunatly
we only had enough hops to brew one batch so hurry up and
try some before it is all gone!
